You asked for it, here it is: the jig set for routing in Prado Duplex outlets. This set consists of two templates, one to cut the hole for the body of the outlet, the second to cut the countersink for the faceplate.
To be used with a top bearing flush cut router bits, 1" cut for the cutout, 1/4" cut for the countersink.
Both are tested and accurate, giving just enough clearance to slide the outlet in without binding on the cutout template, and just enough room to allow the faceplate to be attached and removed easily but still have a snug fit.
The templates measure 5"x 10", with centerlines cut into the face of the jig.
